About The Position

Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (open to candidates with captive experience).
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts, with sizes ranging up to $10,000 (average $4,000).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business.
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations.
- Solicit and secure new business opportunities to grow the book of business.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
