Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial.
- Gather, review, and organize case-related documents such as medical records and bills.
- Draft legal correspondence, demand letters, and discovery responses.
- Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
- File court documents and monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing materials for mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
