Requirements
- Litigation/Trial Attorneys who are licensed in 2 or more of these states, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
- 2-8 years in litigation
- Trial experience preferred
- Licensed in multiple states required
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
- Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
- Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation
