About The Position

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full -time, hybrid opportunity with one of our client firms.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
• 4–7+ years of personal injury experience
• Experience handling both pre -litigation and litigation matters
• Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable outcomes
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Highly organized and able to manage a high -volume caseload

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from pre -litigation through litigation
• Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
• Assist with case strategy and development
• Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claims
• Handle EUOs, recorded statements, and related litigation tasks
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progression
