About The Position

Sedaghat Law Group, APC — known as Lady Legal — is a women-owned and women-led plaintiff's personal injury firm in Beverly Hills, growing steadily and proud of the culture we've built along the way. We're looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team, and we welcome candidates at every stage of their career — including entry-level attorneys ready to start strong. We provide hands-on training and mentorship, and we take real pride in helping young attorneys grow into confident, capable litigators. This is an in-person position based in our Beverly Hills office.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar, OR eligibility to sit for the California Bar Exam (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn — prior litigation experience is a plus, not a requirement
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Able to work in-person at our Beverly Hills office

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations in person
Communicate directly with clients, providing guidance and support through their legal journey
Collaborate closely with our case management and support staff, working on-site
