Job Description: We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist to be the warm, reliable, and proactive first point of contact for our personal injury clients. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive client experience from the first call to the opening of a new file. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, and able to connect with people while managing multiple tasks with professionalism. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm PST Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Average of daily calls expected: 16 to 30

Requirements

  • Active listening and strong communication
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask while staying calm and friendly
  • Basic understanding of personal injury law or willingness to learn
  • English, Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic file opening and closing, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate internal contacts.
  • Gather initial case information in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Screen leads to determine case eligibility and refer to partner attorneys when necessary.
  • Respond to client text messages promptly and kindly.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for attorneys and team members.
  • Receive incoming calls as the first point of contact for potential and current clients.
