Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a driven and personable Virtual Intake Specialist who thrives at the intersection of client service and sales. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Your daily work will directly impact lead conversion and client experience by managing calls, booking consultations, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in a customer service role
  • Experience in sales required
  • Availability to work one or two days over the weekend required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients
  • Book and confirm consultations accurately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Update and maintain CRM records consistently
  • Support daily intake operations to meet booking KPIs
  • Perform administrative tasks including opening files
  • Complete data entry with accuracy and timeliness
