About The Position

As a Personal Injury Growth Manager, you will drive adoption revenue of Smokeball's Personal Injury Practice Area app, PI Pro, across our existing PI client base and new PI firms as they are onboarded. This is not a traditional account management role. It's a single-owner, commercially driven growth position responsible for turning product adoption into a measurable, per-matter revenue line. You'll be supported by the wider Client Success team structures, with direct accountability for hitting the revenue targets, scaling as the book grows.

Requirements

Proven success in revenue growth, account growth, or transactional/usage-based SaaS models
Comfortable owning a single, concentrated revenue target solo, without a large team underneath
Strong stakeholder management: able to work cross-functionally with Product, Legal Product, Sales, and Client Success
Highly proactive, comfortable building process from scratch in a new, still-forming team

Nice To Haves

Experience with legal tech, PI-specific workflows, or per-matter/transactional billing models is highly valued

Responsibilities

Own the Personal Injury Practice Area transactional revenue target
Drive adoption of the PI app across the existing PI client book and help build the onboarding motion for new PI firms as they come in
Build and manage a pipeline of adoption opportunities across existing and incoming firms
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at PI firms
Understand PI firm workflows well enough to identify friction points blocking adoption and feed that back to Product
Partner closely with the Legal Product on rollout, feedback, and roadmap input from the field
Partner with Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists to identify adoption signals and flag at-risk accounts
