We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Massachusetts to join our growing remote team. This role allows you to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Active Massachusetts Bar license
Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results
Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
