About The Position
This role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and delivering exceptional legal representation. You will manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including investigation, negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate possesses strong litigation skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a proven record of achieving favorable outcomes in personal injury cases.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license and good standing.
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
- Proven success negotiating settlements and handling litigated cases.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation strategy.
- Experience independently managing a substantial caseload.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
- Conduct legal research, case investigations, and evidence analysis.
- Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
- Develop litigation and settlement strategies tailored to each case.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings.
- Provide clients with consistent communication and legal guidance throughout the case lifecycle.
