This role is ideal for attorneys with a passion for personal injury law, focusing on case evaluation, negotiation, and litigation. You will work closely with clients to assess their cases, provide legal advice, and represent them in court proceedings. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in personal injury law preferred (Plaintiff side only).

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to assess their cases and provide legal advice.
• Investigate accident reports, medical records, and witness statements to build strong cases.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize settlement amounts.
• Draft legal documents and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Keep clients informed about case progress and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
