About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is a premier Southern California law firm with a rapidly growing personal injury practice. We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain hands-on litigation experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, moves matters forward decisively, and balances independent case ownership with effective client and team communication. This position is ideal for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and manage them from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client, court, and negotiation settings
• Self-directed approach to case management with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Careful attention to legal documentation, filings, and procedural requirements
• Admission to practice law in California, in good standing

Nice To Haves

• Trial preparation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with clear ownership of case strategy and progress
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions as needed
• Manage written discovery, including preparing responses, reviewing opposing submissions, and driving follow-up
• Take and defend depositions with strong preparation and effective advocacy
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations, advancing matters toward timely resolution
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate
• Maintain momentum across multiple active matters in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Partner with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service and case outcomes
