We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Massachusetts to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Massachusetts Bar license
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

• Dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
• Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
