About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary plus a bonus structure commensurate with experience. The role involves handling all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation, communicating with various parties, developing case strategies, reviewing medical records, ensuring thorough documentation, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will support clients with compassionate and clear guidance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience with at least 2 years in personal injury (plaintiff).
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and colleagues.
- Easygoing, team-oriented personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Direct experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Develop case strategies, review medical records, and ensure thorough documentation.
