Make an impact supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Personal Financial Management Consultant to support federal initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background clearance.
Experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives.
Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts.
Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes.
Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients.
Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification.
Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
