About The Position

A private executive is seeking a reliable, polished, and highly professional Personal Driver to join an established transportation team. This is a part-time position, approximately 2–3 days per week, providing safe, discreet, and seamless transportation for the executive and occasional guests. The ideal candidate is experienced working with high-level executives or private clients and understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, punctuality, flexibility, and confidentiality. This position will work collaboratively with the executive’s existing driver(s) to ensure consistent coverage and a high level of service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a personal, executive, private, or professional driver preferred.
  • Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
  • Exceptional punctuality and reliability.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Calm, discreet, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment independently.
  • Comfortable working with an executive and within an established private staff/team environment.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Flexible and comfortable with occasional schedule changes or extended waits.
  • Must be comfortable working 2–3 days per week on a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for the executive to and from meetings, appointments, events, residences, airports, and other destinations.
  • Coordinate and work seamlessly with the existing driver team to provide consistent coverage.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the executive’s schedule and anticipated transportation needs.
  • Arrive early and be prepared for changes in schedule, including last-minute adjustments when necessary.
  • Exercise excellent judgment regarding routes, traffic, parking, pickup/drop-off locations, and timing.
  • Maintain the vehicle in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
  • Assist with luggage, packages, or other items as appropriate.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions and proactively adjust routes and timing.
  • Maintain complete discretion regarding the executive’s activities, schedule, conversations, and personal or business affairs.
  • Communicate professionally and appropriately with the executive, household staff, assistants, and other members of the team.
  • Perform other reasonable transportation-related duties as needed.
