About The Position

This position is onsite in Weston, FL and is not remote. As a Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant at Silversea, you will manage high-value, emotionally driven sales conversations with guests considering once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. Success requires building trust, uncovering motivations, navigating complex decisions, and converting opportunities into long-term guest relationships.

Requirements

Ability to start role full-time in March 2027.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2026.
Performance-driven mindset with focus on results.
Demonstrated success in high-value, relationship-based sales.
Ability to influence decisions without discounting.
Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills.
Confidence engaging affluent or aspirational clients.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned leads through outbound calls, email, and voicemail.
Prioritize opportunities and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Maintain complete CRM records supporting a customer 360 view.
Conduct discovery-led conversations to understand guest motivations and aspirations.
Recommend tailored Silversea voyages and experiences.
Address objections and guide guests through purchase decisions.
Identify upsell opportunities including insurance, air, and land packages.
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals.
Serve as a Silversea brand ambassador and provide luxury-level guest service.
Work within Genesys and CRM platforms while meeting revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate client records and meet service levels.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
