About The Position

As a Personal Carer, you will support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect. You will promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life. This role involves working as part of a team, collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all. You will assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety, provide emotional support, and create a warm, nurturing environment. Accurate documentation of care activities in iCare and adherence to best practices are essential. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
• An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in a similar role in aged care
