About The Position
Right at Home, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is actively hiring compassionate and dedicated Caregiver professionals for full-time and part-time opportunities. If you are a caring, reliable Caregiver who is passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our growing team serving Spokane County. We are seeking a motivated Caregiver committed to delivering high-quality, personalized in-home care to seniors and individuals who need support to live independently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and motivated Caregiver mindset
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Provide essential personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
- Offer companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver
- Provide medication reminders and safety supervision
- Deliver care in clients’ homes with varying schedules and routines
