About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver professionals for full-time and part-time positions. We're looking for individuals who share our values of care, compassion, and commitment to serving others. Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for working as a Caregiver
Strong communication skills and reliability

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not necessary (we’ll pay for your training!)

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming as a professional Caregiver
Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver high-quality support as a Caregiver in clients’ homes with varying schedules and needs
Build meaningful relationships with clients while ensuring safety and comfort
