About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in Olney, MD. This role is for individuals with a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need. Professional caregivers, also known as homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, or direct care workers, have a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes. This agency is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

At least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
No attendance issues.
Ability to work from 1pm to 5pm every Friday.
Must be able to drive.
Believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
