Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual seeking a long-term Caregiver career

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we provide paid Caregiver training)
Previous Caregiver or home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care services as a professional Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver dependable in-home care services in clients’ homes across Spokane County
Support clients’ independence and well-being as a trusted Personal Caregiver
