Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Dependable, honest, and compassionate personality
  • A true passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver

Nice To Haves

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we will pay for your Caregiver training

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer medication reminders and daily living assistance
  • Work one-on-one with clients in their homes with flexible shifts
