Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance required
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we pay for training)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Safely travel between client homes as needed to provide reliable Caregiver services
- Build trusted relationships with clients and families in their homes
