About The Position

Right at Home Spokane is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support seniors and adults who wish to remain safe and independent in their own homes. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available throughout Spokane County. If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a difference every day, this Caregiver position may be the perfect fit for you.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous Caregiver, HCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus
• New caregivers are encouraged to apply; paid training available
• Reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout the home
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Offering medication reminders
• Accompanying clients on walks and community outings
• Monitoring changes in client condition and reporting concerns
• Supporting family members with updates and communication
