About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout Spokane County. As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and dignity. Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for Caregiver training)
- Prior Caregiver or healthcare experience is a plus, but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering medication reminders and safety supervision
- Working directly in clients’ homes with flexible shift schedules
