Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, and compassionate Caregiver mindset

Nice To Haves

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for Caregiver training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support in clients’ homes
• Work flexible shifts based on client needs and Caregiver availability
