Requirements
- 1-3+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 professional references
- Patient, trustworthy, punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA certification
Responsibilities
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if needed
- Ensuring medications are taken on time
- Keeping the living space clean, tidy, and sanitized
- Engaging in meaningful conversation, playing games, and providing emotional support
- Cues and reminders, and safety support for people with dementia
- Driving to local appointments or running errands
