About The Position
The Personal Care Worker provides one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available. The role requires working every other weekend and occasional holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Have a genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.

- Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility is welcomed but not required.
