About The Position

We are searching for dedicated staff to provide high quality care that will greatly improve our clients' quality of life. This role involves establishing a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals. You will oversee residents and take care of their needs, assist with or perform personal care, perform light housekeeping duties, and transport clients to activities and medical appointments. The ideal candidate will work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors, and treat people with respect. We provide paid training to ensure you are prepared for the duties of your position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.
• Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
• Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
• Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
• Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors.
• Treat people with respect.
