About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Specialist (STNA/CNA) to provide in-home support to patients in Millersburg and surrounding communities. This is a full-time, driving position with a 40-hour workweek. The typical schedule is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend and holiday coverage approximately every 5–7 weeks. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide hands-on care and support while respecting each patient's dignity, comfort, and individual needs. You will also work closely with patients, families, and members of the care team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document patient care electronically.
• Valid Ohio driver's license, a safe driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to complete required employment screening, including a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA/STNA) credential preferred; qualified candidates may receive training.
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Aide (CHPNA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities
