Personal Care Attendants/Certified Nursing Assistants will assist residents who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need assistance with supportive, nursing, and personal care. The PCA/CNA is responsible to assist tenants with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice. Assures the provision of high-quality services needed and/or desired by tenants and their families. Attains and/or maintains ongoing compliance with appropriate local, state, federal, regulatory, and/or accrediting body standards. Maintains high level of involvement/participation in all tenant activities. Provides Activity Coordinator and Director with ongoing feedback/suggestions regarding the activity program. Assists residents to self-administer medications under supervision of Registered Nurse and after completion of approved medication course.
