About The Position
AdvantageCare is seeking a compassionate, professional Caregiver to support a client in Mineola, Texas (ZIP code 75773). The role offers flexible scheduling and is described as an opportunity to make a difference in the daily life of a client whose life has been changed due to age or illness. The schedule includes Monday through Friday and weekend hours, for a total of 30 hours per week. Pay is $12.00–$12.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a reliable vehicle.
- Have current auto insurance.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide ambulatory care.
- Perform basic household chores, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Do laundry.
