About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse populations
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support with mobility and transferring
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all care plans and safety protocols accurately
