Requirements
- Clean criminal background check.
- Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
- Reliable transportation with insurance.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, Permanent Resident ID, Social Security Card).
- Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in home care or a related field is desired.
- CPR + First Aid certification.
- TB test or chest X-ray.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide transportation for errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and toiletry needs.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities like attending senior centers, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
- Notify the Care Coordinator of any significant changes or incidents during the shift.
