About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. This role involves providing essential support and companionship to seniors, enabling them to live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. Requirements

• Must have a clean criminal background check.
• Must complete Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
• Must possess reliable transportation with insurance.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification, passport, Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
• CPR + First Aid certification.
• TB test or chest X-ray required.

Nice To Haves

• Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or a related school program is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide transportation services and run basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer mobility assistance.
• Assist with toileting needs.
• Provide companionship and engage seniors in activities like attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
• Report any significant changes or incidents to the Care Coordinator during the shift.
