This role involves learning and becoming proficient in the essential job functions of a PCA under the direction and supervision of the Assisted Living Nurse Manager. The PCA will attend trainings to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work, carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned, and follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts. The PCA will also support QAPI efforts both verbally and non-verbally, including adjusting performance and practice in accordance with QAPI initiatives and findings.
