Do you believe that true care comes from the heart, seeing beyond the task list to the unique, vibrant person in front of you? Have you worked with residents living with dementia and believe its your calling? At St. Ives Hometown Living of Johns Creek, we're not just offering a job—we're offering a chance to share your gifts of empathy, kindness, and strength every single day. As a Caregiver, you are the vital link that ensures our residents not only receive excellent physical support but also feel respected and valued. You will be the cornerstone of our residents' daily well-being and joy. Your primary mission is to provide personalized, dignified direct care and supervision, while always promoting resident choice, independence, and satisfaction. You will work hand-in-hand with our team to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment where every resident can thrive. Function as a true team player, offering support to colleagues when the need arises. Help maintain the beautiful, clean environment our residents call home—from their personal spaces to the welcoming common areas—always removing soiled items immediately to ensure a fresh, healthy atmosphere.
