About The Position
CNS Cares is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide direct care to clients in their homes. As a PCA, you will have the opportunity to build close relationships with patients and provide one-on-one care, allowing them to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. CNS Cares serves Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers, offering a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- 2 years of in-home health care experience
- Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Willingness to travel up to 60 miles
- Willingness to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
- Build close relationships with patients.
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
- Travel up to 60 miles to provide care.
- Work in multiple homes if applicable.
