Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as any relevant healthcare regulations.
