Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks and any required training
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisors
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols and company policies
