About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join their team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to create your own hours and make a real difference by helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Free training and certification are provided. Requirements
- Own Vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- PCA | HHA | CNA certification
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
