About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join their team as Personal Care Aides. This role involves making a real difference by helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing caregivers to create their own hours, and provides free training and certification. The company is hiring in numerous towns across Massachusetts, including Leominster, Fitchburg, Lunenburg, Sterling, and many others.

Requirements

• Own Vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

• PCA | HHA | CNA certification

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
• Run errands such as grocery shopping
• Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
