About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing essential care and support to clients or family members, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. BAYADA provides comprehensive training, ongoing support, and resources to ensure caregivers feel confident and successful in their roles. The position is open in Morganton with various shift availabilities, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. BAYADA is a long-standing home health care provider, celebrating 50 years of service, and is committed to equal employment opportunities.

Requirements
