About The Position

UniversaCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants for home care clients in the Greater Hartford area (Hartford, Bloomfield, Avon and nearby). Weekday, weekend, live-in and part-time options are available. The pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and case needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between clients. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, and mobility, supporting daily routines such as meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, and providing companionship to help clients live with dignity at home. Requirements

• PCA certification, or willingness to get certified in our office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Caring, dependable attitude
