About The Position
CNS Cares is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as direct care professionals in home healthcare. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, supporting Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers. Our mission is to provide unparalleled home health care, enabling clients to remain independent and live comfortably in their own homes. This role offers one-on-one patient care in the privacy of each patient's home, allowing for more dedicated time with clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Caregiver experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to individuals in their home.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
