Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check, including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or checks of previous states of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving to clients.
• Work one-on-one with individuals.
• Assist clients in achieving their best selves and maintaining quality of life.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to various locations.
