Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred, not required.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising healthcare professional.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
