About The Position

Vivia Home Care is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care for their community. This is an independent role with compassionate and driven support from your leadership team.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification
• Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license
• A minimum of one (1) of experience in home care or home health.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks
• Meet safety sensitive job requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification)
• Valid Food Handlers permit
• Must possess a smartphone and access email
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Assisting multiple clients with their specific needs including personal care tasks, light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Building meaningful connections with clients
• Driving to client homes throughout the region
• Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations.
• Comply with annual training standards.
• Understand and acknowledge that no information or photos of clients may be posted on social media or in any way transmitted using unsecured methods of digital communication.
• Follow company policies and procedures for computer systems and mobile devices
