Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, assisting with mobility, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the office.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.
